Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the first and second support line and maintain day-to-day support and troubleshoot everything from the ground up for Snow end-

users globally. You will assist the business with clients, servers, network, presentation equipment’s and software support.

Our environments consist of datacenters, SaaS, PaaS and cloud environments. Part of your responsibility will be to document and create knowledge articles to assist our users.

This is done within Office365, Confluence, ServiceNow and with guides and knowledge base articles published on our intranet.

You will be part of a team of 5 people, where communication and collaboration is crutial in order to solve complex problems and to become more efficient in everyday work.

This role will be based at our HQ in Solna Business Park, Sweden.

Need :

  • Strong knowledge in Windows 8.1 / 10
  • At least 2 years of experience with Client Support
  • Experience with Windows Server Operations
  • Experience with documentation
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken is required
  • Desirable :

  • Experience with O365, Azure, PowerShell
  • Experience with Monitoring
  • Swedish language is a plus.
