Job Title : Territory Sales Account Manager

Job Scope : Sweden

Office location : Kista (Not Alvsjo as stated on the home page)

The Territory Sales Account Manager is a key role within our Nordic Sales team and is responsible for selling solutions to the Swedish market.

This position coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of sales-solution sales goals.

This role also has direct influence with customers on purchase options and will own the customer relationships becoming a Trusted Advisor.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop, grow, and maintain sales and manage customer relationships at all levels within region. Engages appropriate internal resources as necessary, to support sales pursuits
  • Demonstrate significant expertise in assigned product lines and ability to explain technical issues. Has a broad knowledge of the entire product line.
  • Proactively plan and direct sales activities in Sweden by routine visits, customer training, providing information of new products / solutions in order to achieve maximum results in development of existing and new customers.
  • Understands customer’s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches solutions to meet customer needs
  • Performs revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales administrative tasks to grow financial objectives.
  • Provides information and reports as required, to inform management of sales progress and success.

  • Executes the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, to presenting solutions and negotiating through the close.
  • Performance success is based on financial achievement, relationships, i.e. trusted advisor status
  • Requirements :

  • Education : Preferred qualification is a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or mechanics, electro mechanics or electronics or equivalent qualification, preferably based in the fiber optic technology.
  • Work Experience : Minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a related role, i.e. product management, business development, pre-
  • sales and / or technical consulting in the Datacenter, COLO, IT Cabling ICT sector.

  • Languages : Fluency in Swedish is essential and professional proficiency in English is required. Additional European language skills are an advantage
  • Travel : Some travel will be necessary, so a full, clean drivers’ license is also necessary.
  • Achievements : Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in product development, technical consulting and / or new business development.
  • Examples to illustrate this performance will be required.

  • Personality traits : The successful candidate must be a team player with the ability to build relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers.
  • A professionally assertive personality will be required. The candidate must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have good time management.
