Job purpose

Responsibilities include performing daily work on monthly payroll calculations, data input in payroll system, its administration based on clients’ policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling of salaries in the current SW according to the delivered client’s records in accordance with the valid legislation and TMF standards;
  • Registration of companies (Social Insurance Agency, Health insurance agencies), securing the registration of companies to the taxing authority as a payer of the tax from dependent activity;
  • Registration / deregistration of employees into / out of insurance agencies;
  • Elimination of anomalies within documents for monthly salary processing;
  • Preparation of basic outputs from monthly salary processing, printing payroll slips;
  • Preparation of payment orders for the reimbursement of salaries and liability $1 services, generation of files for electronic banking;
  • Preparation of clearance documents for employers amount of working years, salary confirmation for tax purposes, receipts for Office of labour, social affairs and family;
  • Completion of personal pension files to the Social Insurance Agency;
  • Preparation of reports according to the specific demands of the client;
  • Solving other standard demands of the client connected to the payroll accounting (consultations etc.);
  • Legislation connected with salary processing, expansion of personal knowledge;
  • Active participation on training of new payroll accountants;
  • Other activities according to superiors (Payroll Manager, Team Leader Payroll, Director Client Services, Managing Director).
  • Key requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • At least three years’ experience in Payroll;
  • Experience of work with all kind of charges ;
  • Advanced English knowledge;
  • Ability to set priorities and work under short deadlines;
  • Hard worker, able to work with large volumes of information;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A team player who can work independently as well.
