Commercial Strategy Manager (CSM) is responsible for the strategic planning and local implementation of plans to maximize the national sales and optimal usage of Pfizer Oncology’s Renal Cell Cancer (RCC) and Immuno-

This CSM role offers the opportunity to build the market for two actively-marketed RCC products (SUTENT and INLYTA) and our immuno-
oncology product (BAVENCIO), co-marketed with Merck. In addition, the role will have the ability to launch a new indication expansion for a targeted agent + I / O-
combination in RCC in 2H 2019 as well as additional I / O indications in 2020.
The CSM leads the local, multidisciplinary product group representing functions including marketing, health and value, sales and medical.
Main Accountabilities :
Brand management responsibility for Pfizer Oncology’s RCC and I-O products
Interface to the European brand teams
Implement European strategies in Sweden according to national and regional customer needs in collaboration with Sales manager, Regional and National KAM
Secure a high level of market intelligence
Develop, implement and follow up on national operating strategies, plans, and tactics
Support product training
Interface to European brand leadership CPT to ensure alignment and anchoring of Swedish solutions
Share best practice with CPT and other colleagues in Europe; especially in the Nordic area
Product cost allocations
Periodic Forecasting and follow up of sales and cost

Profile : Education :
University education and LIF with IMA / VIMA.
Marketing education is an advantage.
Language : Swedish
Experience / Capabilities :
Thorough knowledge of and experience with oncology (or otherwise specialized medicines) market and products
High interest in / ability to understand science linked with very strong capabilities in networking and relation building is demanded.
Good ability to interpret scientific documents and translate this into customer value for identified customer needs is an important feature.
Furthermore to transform this knowledge into new opportunities in contact with the customer.
As a person you are analytical, result oriented, purposeful, resilient, open minded, flexible and self motivated.
You have good communication skills and known as a good team player.
Has affinity with digital marketing in addition to classical marketing
