Want to join our team as the HR Manager, Europe?
As the HR Manager Europe, you will be responsible for the Human Resources functions for the company’s European operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR budget and facilities management.
You will also be responsible for headcount reporting, performance management, training and salary administration process.
Provide general support to managers and employees of European operations on day-to-day human resources issues. Provide guidance to managers on employee matters, track progress and propose solutions.
Partner with the VP, International Sales and other European business leaders on organizational structure and re-design.
Design, administer and ensure compliance for all employee benefits and payroll administration within the European organization.
Drive the performance review process including training.
Responsible for the European administration of the annual salary administration process, in partnership with the corporate HR team.
Manage the consistent communication, application and practice of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Oversee and manage the recruitment, hiring and retention process; hire the best possible candidate based on the recruitment and position criteria in a timely manner.
Administer the budget, including, forecasting, planning, & management for the European Human Resources organization.
Correspond with recruiters, vendor managers, brokers, financial advisors and outside legal counsel to negotiate contracts and research issues.
Collaborate with the corporate HR team on corporate HR initiatives.
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources / Business Administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Successfully manage multiple and often changing priorities.
Maintains a heightened level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral / written in both Swedish and English.
Experience from working in an international organization
Proven ability to persuade, guide, coach, and influence others to take desired action.
Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and effective training programs and meetings.
Must be flexible with the ability to perform duties independently as well as collaborate in a global team environment.
Ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams and diverse functions at all levels of the organization and outside vendors.
Must possess a positive attitude and self-motivating ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
