The Role

The Cross-Segment Recruiter, ideally to be based

in our Stockholm or Copenhagen office, will be responsible for managing and supporting Willis

Towers Watson’s recruitment efforts across predominately Sweden & Finland and Denmark in addition to supporting Norway as and when required.

This will include specific assignment

management for graduate and lower level experienced hire roles as well as for

mid-level and executive level positions.

  • Manage
  • the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings, from

    internal approval processes, to candidate management, to interview process and

  • Partner
  • with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements and overall recruiting

    strategy for a search and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR

  • Source
  • candidates based upon a broad based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing

  • Screen
  • candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations

    and share with hiring team

  • Confidently
  • articulate our competitive offer, manage offer extension and effectively close

  • Support
  • the onboarding of new hires

  • Champion
  • inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of

    age / sex / ethnicity etc, are recruited

    The Requirements

    minimum of 3 years of successful corporate full life cycle recruiting

    experience for a professional services firm; experience working for an HR

    consulting firm a major plus

  • Recruiting experience for multiple Nordic
  • countries, ideally in Sweden

  • Demonstrable
  • success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools is a plus

  • Expertise
  • in candidate attraction, management and assessment

  • Strong
  • client relationship and team skills; ability to develop strong relationships

    quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals

  • Proven
  • success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient

  • Strong
  • organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven

    environment managing multiple deliverables

  • Strong
  • analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline

    with the hiring need

  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in
  • English, Swedish, additional Scandinavian languages are a plus

  • Proficiency
  • in MS Office and strong experience with applicant tracking systems and assessment tools

  • Bachelor’s
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
