About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Relations Manager Oncology. This role will ensure the successful commercialization of a new and existing oncology portfolio through strategic sales planning and implementation towards target oncology and hematology clinics and key target stakeholders.

It will develop personal stakeholder networks and build dedicated brand advocates in target accounts. This position will obtain insights among key stakeholders and decision makers at regional and local level, and be a trusted advisor providing services and solutions that add value.

It will also contribute in a cross functional brand team and lead strategic account mapping, planning and execution in key accounts in line with overall NoBa (Nordic & Baltic) brand strategy and local drivers and barriers.

This is a great opportunity which has opened up within the Oncology Franchise and which focuses on the specialty care market working in a true Business Relations Manager role.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a champion of customer focus and patient centricity providing added value and high standards of service through external engagement of key stakeholders;
  • Map and analyse key accounts, tailor strategic brand tactics and activities addressing key account success factors to meet sales targets;
  • Develop personal stakeholder network and brand advocates through strategic engagement and operational execution;
  • Develop and / or execute strategic projects and innovative concepts in line with overall NoBa Brand strategy and corporate rules as well as country marketing rules and regulations;
  • Ensure to have an unparalleled scientific level in the disease area and brand / competitor data, and participate in relevant congresses, symposia and educational concepts;
  • Observe and analyse market trends and competitive landscape, and ensure good understanding / insights in regional / local market access dynamics to proactively capture opportunities and mitigate challenges;
  • Contribute in budget process through analyzing target accounts and patient bottom up potential.
  • About You

  • Experience ideally within sold tumors or hematology, including a stakeholder network;
  • Knowledge of local access challenges and opportunities at account level;
  • A proven sales track record;
  • Experience in strategic project management and stakeholder engagement;
  • Experience with recent launches of products;
  • A scientific back-ground (nurse and / or bachelor’s degree); and / or other relevant education;
  • Proven selling and communication skills;
  • Good command of English and local language both written and verbal and good IT skills with an interest to new technology;
  • This position will be 100 % field based requiring frequent travelling.
