As a Senior Technical Support and Solution Analyst (Teknisk Support) you will provide technical and application support for Cerner clients that are using the Melior, Obstetrix and Soarian healthcare systems.
The healthcare systems include functionality for clinical documentation, medicine, partograms etc.
The work is dynamic, and you will work within a team. You will be responsible for performing solution-related service request investigations, incident resolutions, and application maintenance.
You will also prioritize the work of self and others based on severity and urgency and balancing client and business needs in complex situations, collaborate across teams and organization to ensure complex issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
The support that you will provide our clients, will help improve the delivery and transformation of healthcare.
