Sanofi Sweden is currently welcome applications for the role of Product Manager Sweden for our Diabetes and Cardiovascular (DCV) division.

The main purpose of the Product Manager Sweden is to ensure and implement brand strategies for the assigned products to achieve the sales, profit and growth performance objectives in the annual budget.

The product specialist will support the sales teams in implementing brand strategies and key initiatives and will align brand strategies with colleagues in NoBa and Europe.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop operational marketing experience and to take a first step in developing a career with a global leading pharmaceutical company.

This role is based at our office in Stockholm but the role will require travel throughout Sweden.

The main responsibilities of the Product Manager Sweden include :

  • Continuously develop and implement the marketing plans and key strategies
  • Drive the cross-functional brand team through interactions with key support functions such as market access, supply chain medical affairs, regulatory affairs, sales and finance departments and CSU
  • Responsible for the development of campaign material and messages
  • Support and educate the sales force on brand strategies and operatives
  • Invest time spend in working sessions with team to develop local strategies and tactics meeting regional needs
  • Overall responsibility for A&P planning, spending and follow up
  • Maintain insights regarding brand performance & market insights
  • Support and drive patient association activities and projects
  • The essential criteria for the Product Manager Sweden are :

  • A scientific educational background is preferred but we would consider a business education (Bachelor level)
  • Previous experience in a sales position within the pharmaceutical industry (3-5 years)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • A driven, pro-active person with a track-record of finding solutions
  • Experience driving complex projects
  • Have a strong affinity with digital marketing
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales process and how brand strategies and marketing plans interact with sales
