As a Service and Resource Planner you will have a key role in supporting and coordinate field personnel conducting the maintenance of wind turbines in Sweden, Finland and Lithuania.
What are my responsibilities?
As a service and resource planner in Siemens Gamesa you will primarily focus on :
Develop and implement an optimized medium-term maintenance plan that can meet the strategic business needs balancing resources and contractual demand.
Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders especially operational managers and field personnel in order to devise realistic maintenance plans.
Lead Planning meetings and understanding planning bottlenecks and critical resources.
Optimizing the use of material, tools and resource.
Actively participate in planning projects and take the lead implementing change on maintenance planning processes in line with strategic business goals.
Constantly question current practices identifying improvement opportunities and implementing process changes together with management.
Implement maintenance related KPI's, update and review them on a regular basis involving internal stakeholders.
Create and maintain work orders and ensure accuracy of data integrity within SAP.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
As a person, you are proactive with a detail and process-oriented mindset. Moreover, you have a responsible approach to your work, taking ownership for what you do.
You hold strong analytical skills demonstrated through the ability to plan and prioritize.
Preferably, you have engineering degree at university level.
You have experience of working with planning and maintenance, and preferable also with documentation.
You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point) and have experience from working with SAP.
You are willing and capable of taking on additional responsibilities.
In this role it is a must that you have strong interpersonal skills as you will interact and work with people across the organization.
You can work in an international environment having excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
