If yes, younow have the opportunity to join our department, Engine Services Sales andCustomer Support. We are responsible for all Sales and Customer Support tasksrelated to aircraft and industrial gas turbine engine maintenance.
You will bea part of a team consisting of six people focused on sales, customer supportfor customers maintaining their PW100-
engine at the Trollhättan facility or atthe customer’s site.
EngineServices within GKN Aerospace Engine Systems, in Trollhättan, Sweden islooking for a Customer Support Manager responsible for the Pratt and Whitneyengine PW100, that is a turbo-
prop engine used on several aircraft typesworldwide.
You will be responsible for a number of customers mainly in Europe andAsia. In your daily work you work as the interface between the customer and ourrepair and overhaul facility in Trollhättan, Sweden to make sure we meet thecustomers’ requirements and expectations.
You’ll also be responsible for makingsure that we meet our internal targets in order to improve our business.Another part of the job is to negotiate cost and lead-
time on the servicesprovided to the customer. In addition, the role requires great communicationskills to interface internally and externally with customers.
Qualifications : - Engineering degree.- Minimum 3 years working experience from similar position.- You are structured and and well-
organized with an ability to work in cross-functional teams.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).- You are a driven self-
starter with a pro-actvie mind-set.- Ability to deliver tasks on-time. About Us
