Job Description

We are looking for a HR Manager for Sweden. In this role, you will support approx. 300 employees working in Health Systems, Sleep and Respiratory Care, enabling functions and Personal Health.

The job is located in our Swedish office in Stockholm, Kista Entre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements and executes agreed HR processes locally
  • Supports local management on HR related topics, coaching of leaders is an important part of the job
  • Driving or co-driving joint Nordic HR projects / improvements
  • Manage outsourced salary and pension suppliers together with the HR Generalist
  • Labor legislation, compensations & benefits etc.
  • Working with labour unions
  • Your team

    You will report to the Nordic Head of HR, who is located in Copenhagen and you are part of the Nordic HR team, which consists of three HR Managers and three HR Generalists (one located in Kista).

    There are no direct reports as such. However, on a daily basis the HRM works closely with the Swedish HR Generalist and has a local supervisory role.

    There is Center of Expertise support offered by Rewards (from UK), Recruitment (from Sweden) and Learning (from the Netherlands).

    You Profile

  • A bachelor degree, preferably within HR or similar
  • Min 10 years’ experience in an HR Manager or HR Partner role in an international company
  • Knowledge of relevant Swedish laws and legislation
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits, as well as working with workers councils
  • A proven track record of leadership coaching and organizational development
  • Good IT knowledge (MS office, Workday etc)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • A strong drive and a pro-active, flexible mindset
