Enghouse Interactive is currently looking for a highly energetic and driven individual to help us drive new revenue growth.
The role can be based out of our Stockholm office or remotely, and also provides an opportunity to learn about our next generation software applications that are enabling digital transformation within the Contact Center Solutions industry.
This is a cross-functional role collaborating with the regional sales team to position our key value proposition, generate attention and interest for Enghouse Interactive's solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Reaching out to potential clients through calls and emailsRespond to inbound inquiries about Enghouse Interactive’s technology solutionsPartner with members of the sales team to help fill their pipeline while developing key sales skillsMaintain active engagement with leads through follow-up communicationsAchieve monthly and quarterly quotas of sourced-qualified opportunities and new revenueCollaborate with Product and Demand Gen teams to grow our brand and generate demandComplete pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting in Salesforce Stay up-to-date with the competitive environment and market trendsQUALIFICATIONS : 1-3 years business development experience in B2B software.
Experience with CRMs, i.e., Salesforce and other sales & marketing toolsHigh energy and positive attitudeProven ability to take initiativeProven track record of exceeding assigned targetsExcellent written / verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills.
Experience using technology / multiple sources of intelligence for research and to scale your sales activity (e.g. SalesLoft, Outreach, Hunter, Drift, ZoomInfo, InsideView, Discover.
